What is included in my fee?
Not only will you have the opportunity to help fight Parkinson's disease, but you also get a super-soft Commemorative T-shirt, digital race bib and rabbit ears.

Where can I get my results from the 2019 event?

Will there be a pre-package pickup?
No, for the virtual event in 2021 packages will be mailed.

Will the event be rain or shine?
Yes, during the normal live events, however, if the weather poses a danger for participates the event will be cancelled.  See our Inclement Weather Policy under "de-Tails".  For the virtual event in 2021 we ask participates to use their judgment on when to run or walk.

Can I participate in the Philly Rabbit Run but not do the full 5K?
Yes, you can register as a walker, the course is only one mile. 

Is this run timed?
Yes, during the normal live events, and for the serious runners, it is  chip timed by Bryn Mawr Timing. For the 2021 virtual event the 3.1 mile run can be tracked on your phone and fit tracker and downloaded to Run Sign Up registration page.

What are the categories for medals?
No medals for the 2021 virtual event.  During the normal live events medals will be awarded.

Commemorative award medals to top male and female winners in each age group: 10 & under; 11-15; 16-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 & over

Who does the event benefit?
Shake It Off, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit that creates awareness and funds research for Parkinson's disease. Net proceeds from the run will benefit those with PD.   For more information go to www.shakeitoff4pd.org

Can I fun-raise?
Yes, fundraising is encouraged but not mandatory (but you know PD isn't going to cure itself.) It's easy to do.  Make a fundraising page on Run Sign Up.  If you raise $250 or more, your registration fee on Run Sign Up will be credited back to you.  That's a win-win.  Also, it is our goal that 100% of the money fundraised will be donated toward Parkinson's research.
